Every version of Tap Dance in Rhythm Tengoku has animations for every move in the game, despite most not being needed.

Every version of Tap Dance in Rhythm Tengoku has sprites for the Giraffe, most of which go unused. The Giraffe is replaced with a dragon in the Remix 7/Remix 8 version of the game, and a camel in Tap Trial 2. Interestingly, the camel's legs can be seen on the prologue to Tap Trial 2 in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, replacing the giraffe's. Remix 5 is the only version to not have any sprites for the Giraffe.

In Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), the outline of the platform in the second section of Tap Dance is miscolored magenta. This error is not present in the GBA version of Rhythm Tengoku.

In the Wario...Where? version of Tap Trial, Ashley makes a generic miss sound when failing on a jump, unlike the Girl who has unique voice clips.
