Monkey Watch (さる時計?, Saru Tokei) is the 4th Rhythm Game of Stage 2 (9th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the 2nd of Shop No. 6 (107th overall), costing 10 Flow Balls, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
In order to operate the monkey watch itself, the player controls a Small Monkey holding onto the watch's hand. As the hand is ticks around the clock, other monkeys come out to greet the main monkey with a high-five to represent the time change on the wrist watch. On occasion, two consecutive pink monkeys appear instead of yellow ones, cued by an "Oookii oook-ook!" sound. These act as offbeats.
In the middle of the game, the screen zooms out to show the whole watch on a man's arm (also showing a monkey face in the middle), making it much harder to see the monkeys. After this, a monkey in a balloon appears, flying around waving at the screen.
Controls
- Ⓐ/Tap: Swing hand (hi-five monkeys)
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!: The player high-fives the monkeys, who proceed to cheer.
- Early!/Late!: The player mistimes their high-five with a "tick" sound, making the other monkeys upset.
- Miss...: The player fails to high-five the monkeys, making them hang their heads in shame. High-fiving when the player is not supposed to causes the man's arm to shake during the zoomed out. The monkey face on the clock also makes a hurt expression.

- The girl that appears on the Try Again epilogue to this game has the same hairstyle as Pop Singer in Rhythm Heaven's version of Fan Club.
- The Monkey Watch gets referenced in "A Musical Term", where Mr. Upbeat is talking to one about his problems[1].
- Monkey Watch is also mentioned in Bossa Nova at one point in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise[2].
- In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the particles that come out when the monkeys high-five are stars instead of smack symbols. Due to this, the purple monkey's particles no longer fall off-screen.
- The song for this game appears in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U on the Miiverse stage and in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, where it can play on Summit, Hannenbow, Balloon Fight, Living Room, Find Mii, Tomodachi Life, Pictochat 2, Duck Hunt, Wrecking Crew, Pilotwings and Wuhu Island, i.e., stages in the "Other" category. This version has been edited to loop and it features the sound effects of the high-fives of the Small Monkeys integrated into the actual track.
- The Monkey Watch doesn't run in seconds, as the tempo of the song is 160 BPM. It would run in seconds at 120 BPM.
