Dog Ninja (犬忍者?, Inu Ninja) is the 3rd Rhythm Game of the fifth stage (23rd overall) in Rhythm Heaven and the 2nd of Lush Tower (29th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
The player plays as the eponymous Dog Ninja!, who slices things such as vegetables, tires, and cast-iron skillets. The objects come into the screen from either left or right, or both sides, and must be sliced at the precise moment.
During practice, Dog Ninja! can be seen inside a room. In the real game, he is seen outside, with Mister Eagle appearing at the start with a sign saying "Cut everything!"

Rhythm Heaven
- Tap (Hold): Go into slicing stance
- Tap (Release): Cancel
- Flick: Cut
Rhythm Heaven Megamix
- Ⓐ/Tap: Cut
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!: The item is completely sliced in half.
- Early!/Late!: The item bounces off of the blade, emitting smoke.
- Miss...: The object is not sliced.

- The towers in the background look similar to the ones used in Ninja Bodyguard. Both games feature a ninja of some kind that slice incoming objects.
- Additionally, the prologue to this game shares the same scenario as the one to Ninja Bodyguard: A big yellow moon with grass in the foreground with a dark blue sky.
- Mister Eagle reappears in Super Samurai Slice 2 in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
