Hole in One 2 (ホールインワン レディー?, Hole in One Lady), known in Rhythm Heaven Fever as Hole in One 2 (ホールインワン２?, Hōru in Wan 2), is the 3rd Rhythm Game of Stage 9 (43rd overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and 3rd of Right-Hand Tower (83rd overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The long version, Hole in One, apppears in Stage 1 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Lush Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
The game takes place in the sky, with the characters positioned on a pink cloud with multicolored palm trees on it, hitting golf balls over to another cloud. The player controls a lady Golfer, Monkey is now pink, and Mandrill has a pink face and tan belly, along with a taller hair tuft.
Monkey throws the golf balls with less delay in between this time, and sometimes throws many of them in a row, requiring the player to hit them faster. Mandrill's offbeat throws are much more frequent as well, at two points throwing two in a row.

- Ⓐ/Tap: Swing golf club
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!: The player hits the golf balls over to the island.
- Early!/Late!: The player hits the golf ball too early or too late, knocking it too far the left or right, falling through the clouds.
- Miss...: For small golf balls, they roll past the player, with Monkey frowning. For Mandrill's throws, they fly into Golfer's leg, causing her to wince in pain.

- Mandrill's taller hair gets called back to in Remix 9, where his hair is as tall as the screen, with the Monkey from the Remix 2 version of Board Meeting climbing it.
- In Rhythm Heaven Fever, the game takes place near Rhythm Heaven.
- In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, three large creatures with long necks appear instead.
