Cosmic Rhythm Rally (コスモピンポン?, Cosmo Ping-Pong), known in Rhythm Heaven as Rhythm Rally 2 (ピンポン２?, Ping-Pong 2), is the 1st Rhythm Game of the eight stage (36th overall) in Rhythm Heaven and the 2nd of Tibby's Mom (87th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The short version, Rhythm Rally, appears in Barbershop Land in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The long version, Rhythm Rally 2, appears in the second stage of Rhythm Heaven and Barbershop Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
Gameplay lasts much longer and is more fast paced than before. The camera is not always facing the opponent; it moves constantly around, to force the player to rely more on the rhythm of the ball's bounces. There is also a new move called the high-speed rally, which is cued by eight cowbell sounds, each of them half a beat apart. It is a faster variant of the regular rally and lasts for two measures. There is also a planet that sometimes blocks the view. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the Paddlers are redesigned to resemble the Cosmo Dancers.

- Tap (Hold): Prepare to swing

Rhythm Heaven Megamix
- Ⓐ/Tap: Swing paddle
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!: The player hits the ball, and the rally continues.
- Early!/Late!: The player hits the ball in such a way that it bounces off the table to the side (right if early, left if late), making a "doink" sound. The rival serves a new ball afterwards.
- Miss...: The player never hits the ball. The rival serves a new ball.
