Unused Content
There is an unused gameplay history screen in Rhythm Tengoku which can be accessed through Sequence Test, which lists all the games and things in the Omaku Corner, the average score the player currently has (using a numbering system from 0 to 1000 which is hidden from the player in normal gameplay), and the amount of plays. Among the games is a string reading リズムお習字 2 (Rhythm o Shuji 2?).
In the game's RAM, there is an area which keeps track of the player's Rank on each Rhythm Game, with the one for arrange versions being directly after the equivalent long version. There is a byte just after the one for Rhythm o Shuji, reserved for Rhythm o Shuji 2. Changing it does affect the rank in the gameplay history screen, but it has no effect on the Game Select. There is no playable data of this game.

Regional Differences
The kanji 完 (Kan?, The End) was translated in the localized versions of Rhythm Heaven Fever, but was left in its original Japanese form in all versions of Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
In Rhythm Sesang Wii, the character on the prologue and Mini Chounin are given traditional Korean clothing. The face at the end has the る (Ru?) character replaced with a 3, resulting in つ3ニハ○○ムし. The sound effects for this sequence are modified to match.
