As can be seen above, there are several unused duplicate versions of the game, including a version of Bari Bari Sanninshu with four lions, as seen once in Remix 1 and Remix 7 each.
There is an unused sequence using the visuals of Bari Bari Sanninshu. It has no music[1].
In Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), there are several unused sprites, such as:
- Crude placeholder sprites of the lions depicted as white stick figures with a simple face.
- A set of ears with red outlines.
- An alternate, simplified exclamation mark.
- Two alternate あなた (You?) sprites, one in Japanese without the white plate behind it, and another in English with bold red letters.
- In Bari Bari Sanninshu, an alternate hat with a flat top rather than rounded, as well as a miscolored copy of the original wig. There is also an alternate exclamation mark, which is slanted and yellow like in Pachi Pachi Sanninshu, rather than light blue.

There is a sprite for the sign to read 均等に4つ! (Evenly 4!?) in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, as it would in Rhythm Tengoku when a fourth member appears in Remix 1 and Remix 7. There is no functionality to add the fourth member, however. The Japanese graphics for these signs still remain in all languages, though the sprite for the 均等に4つ! (Evenly 4!?) reuses the same text as the normal sign.

The textures from Rhythm Heaven Fever for the sign, including the board, the ropes and the text reading 均等に3つ! (Evenly 3!?) and 均等に4つ! (Evenly 4!?), all still remain unused in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The sign itself is done as a layout animation this time, with the text on the sign being plain text as opposed to a texture.
There is an empty group file labeled "GROUP_WSD_TUTORIAL_AGB_PACHI_PACHI.bcgrp", the filename indicating it is intended as the Practice theme for The Clappy Trio 2.
