Baikin Hakase consists of the following versions in Rhythm Tengoku:
Early Builds
Baikin Hakase was originally named Ms Virus (Msウィルス?, Ms U~irusu) in development, because the yellow organism that gets eaten by the viruses if the player doesn't eradicate them was originally shaped like a woman's lips[1].
Sick Beats consists of the following versions in Rhythm Heaven Megamix:
Unused Content
In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, all of the Endless Games have an unused description intended to be seen at the Museum. Normally they are the same as that of the Saffron Trial, but for Sick Beats, it matches that of the Paprika Trial in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ and Rhythm Sesang: The Best+, and is unique in every other language. Notably, this description gives the Sick Beats Doctor a name, which is never seen anywhere else.
