Version 02 of this game uses the same graphics as the regular Usagi Tobi, but it begins with the bunny already hopping, presumably to be used to continue keeping the beat from a previous section in a remix[1].
There are unused sprites for an Ⓐ button, and as well as Ⓐ+✚, suggesting the +Control Pad was also usable to jump. There is an unused splash animation, and an unused version of the starting platform with darker segments, likely separators of some kind. The lower half of two of the whale variants remain offscreen and obscured by the water.
The Rabbit has unused sprites depicting it with a defeated expression, likely meant for if the player misses during the game, and one that resembles the jumping sprite, but without the red spot around the eye. There are sprites of the Rabbit getting smaller, likely meant for when it reaches the moon at the end.
The large whales that launch the Rabbit up for an eight-count have an unused sprite where they lean back further than usual. The spout at the end also has extra frames that cannot be seen as the camera pans upwards.

Unused Content
All of the unused sprites from Rhythm Tengoku were updated for this game, but are no more used here. There are unused sprites for an Ⓐ button, and as well as Ⓐ+✚, suggesting the +Control Pad was also usable to jump. They have an animation labeled "guide".
There is an unused splash animation, aptly labeled "splash".
The background has an unused version of the starting platform with darker segments, likely separators of some kind. There is a sprite of the starting platform's middle segment, as well as a variation of it with each layer of the waves and sky behind it, likely a test sprite.
The lower half of two of the whale variants remain offscreen and obscured by the water.
The Rabbit has unused sprites depicting it with a defeated expression, and one that resembles the jumping sprite, but without the red spot around the eye. The former is used in an animation called "rabbit_miss", which rotates the sprite. The internal name suggests it would've been used if the player mistimes an input early or late, as opposed to using the same animation as when the player misses completely. There is a smaller version of the Rabbit likely meant for when it reaches the moon at the end.
The large whales that launch the Rabbit up for an eight-count have an unused sprite where they lean back further than usual. The spout at the end also has extra frames and a looping animation that cannot be seen as the camera pans upwards.
There is a function to make the Rabbit start from a jump height as if it were launched for a two-count, four-count, eight-count, or the end, which maybe have been intended to be used to continue keeping the beat from a previous section in a remix.
