Regional Differences
The team logo on the ground reads "Batting Show" in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku and was left unchanged in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise. In Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix, it says "Batting Exhibition" instead.

Miscellaneous
There is a separate version for Exhibition Match in Left-Hand Remix, despite not changing appearance. The only difference in it is some background textures (such as the city during the big zoom-out) are shrunken down, dropping their quality. While most of these backgrounds aren't seen during the remix, one of the affected backgrounds *is*, and as such appears noticeably lower quality than usual. Presumably, this is done to allow the game to load faster due to limitations of the 3DS hardware.
