Regional Differences
In Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, the robot arm which brings the robots up has an engraving which reads "安全第一" (Anzendaiichi?, Safety First). The arm has no text in other regions.
Usually, the prologue used between Rhythm Heaven Fever and the English version of Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, aside from remixes, is identical. For some reason, the English version of Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise has the one for Screwbot Factory 2 changed, where the heart and its glow in the middle of the logo is made a little smaller by about 8%. This change is not present in the first Screwbot Factory, nor in any other language variant.
One of the spotlight configurations for the blackout effect near the end has a visible gap in the top right corner. This was fixed in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, but oddly not carried over to Rhythm World Wii.

Unused Content
Within the prologue file for Screwbot Factory in Rhythm Heaven Megamix and Rhythm Paradise Megamix, the text pane has placeholder text writing the name as ScrewboFactory. In the English versions, this is properly written as Screwbot Factory during gameplay. In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, this is instead a picture pane, using a pre-made texture as it was in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, while Rhythm Sesang: The Best+ uses its proper title of 로봇 공장·나사 (Lobot Gongjang - Nasa?, Robot Factory - Screw).
The blackout effect used in Screwbot Factory 2 still exists in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. It still retains the visible gap in the top right corner that was present in most versions of Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Interestingly, the textures for the shadows and spotlights are replaced with a dummy sheet in Rhythm Heaven Fever for all versions other than Screwbot Factory 2, but are present for Screwbot Factory in Rhythm Heaven Megamix despite not being used.
Regional Differences
In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, the engraving on the robot arm is present, as it was in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku. In other versions, it is once again removed.
Miscellaneous
The icon used for Screwbot Factory in Rhythm Heaven Megamix is derived from Screwbot Factory 2 in Rhythm Heaven Fever rather than the original.
