During Cheer Readers in Remix 9, when the girls spin and open their books in the beginning, the Girl from Tap Trial is shown in the images. The first two variants have her Remix 5 and Remix 7 outfits, with the third using the one from Tap Trial 2. While the bottom right page of the last one can be seen if the player misses on the Remix 7 variant, the full image is never used in the game.

Regional Differences

In Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm World Wii, the books have "BOOK" written on them. In Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, this is replaced with four circles. This change is not reflected in Rhythm Paradise Megamix, where the "BOOK" writing is used in all languages.

The main game font was given transparency in the Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, while the Rhythm World Wii changed the font to Comic Sans.

Unused Content

According to the debug menu of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a short version of Cheer Readers was planned. This is further supported by the existence of strings for the short version's Rhythm Item in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+'s data, though they are blank.

There is an unused asset of an unfilled ROBO M in the Practice for Cheer Readers in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Although missing during the "OK, it's on!" cheer would show the bottom right page of this image, the full one is never used in the game. The page reserved for missing instead is an extension of the image from the neighboring page on the texture. Interestingly, this asset isn't present in Rhythm Heaven Fever whatsoever.
