All other games after Staff in Rhythm Tengoku use the same name as the original with a "2" after it, with Ninja no Shison being the exception. However, the game is actually named Ninja 2 (ニンジャ　２^?, Ninja 2) in Sequence Test.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix

Ninja Bodyguard consists of the following versions in Rhythm Heaven Megamix:

Unused Content

According to the debug menu of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a short version of Ninja Bodyguard was planned. This is further supported by the existence of strings for the short verison's Rhythm Item in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+'s data, though they are blank.

Regional Differences

In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ and Rhythm Sesang: The Best+, the description for Ninja Bodyguard changes depending on the which control setting is being used. Normally, the word "タッチ" (Touch^?) is written in green, but here it is not. In all other versions, the description is rewritten without the controls.

In Rhythm Sesang: The Best+, the characters' clothing were changed. Interestingly, while the Ninjas make a cameo in Freeze Frame, these redesigns are not carried over to it.
