Unused Content

According to the debug menu of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a short version of Double Date was planned. This is further supported by the existence of strings for the short version's Rhythm Item in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+'s data, though they are blank.

The texture for the various characters catching the footballs in the background also contains sheep. While they were used in Double Date 2 in Rhythm Heaven Fever, they go unused in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The debug menu also contains a reference to RVLWデート02 (rvl_date_02^?), suggesting the presence of an arrange version of Double Date, being placed after the unused short and used long versions. However, the entry being labeled with a number rather than a letter, and there being no other data for this version anywhere in the game, makes it more likely this entry is the result of the developers copy-pasting and simply not removing these excess entries.
