There is an unused sprite of a "?" in the same style as the "Double up!" and "!!" signals. Whether it is an early version of one of them or a separate signal is unknown.
The words "Double up!" (いくぜ!!!?, Ikuze!) were localized in the French, German, Italian and Spanish versions of the game, despite the lack of a dedicated dub. In Remix 4, The "Double up!" signal is never used, and as a result, is left in Japanese in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Sesang Wii, localized accordingly in the English, Italian and Spanish versions of Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, and replaced with a placeholder "Let's go!" in the French and German versions. The Bonus from the end of Packing Pests remains in Japanese in the Remix 4 version (where it goes unused) regardless of language.
In the latter half of the games, the camera moves to the right, revealing the employee's face. There is an unused function to have the camera move to the left, revealing one of the Treat Spiders holding a piece of candy.
Regional Differences
There is a taped sign on the wall in Packing Pests and Packing Pests 2 reading "Spider-Free Candy". This was changed to "Quality goods" in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise. It was reverted back to "Spider-Free Candy" in Rhythm Paradise Megamix.
Miscellaneous
Every game which appears in Remix 10 has a dedicated graphics file for it, despite almost all games being identical to their normal appearances. Aside from unused textures being replaced with an empty placeholder or unused text being left untranslated, the only game with a true difference in this remix is Packing Pests, where the Bonus is replaced with a bouquet of flowers.

Unused Content
According to the debug menu of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a short version of Packing Pests was planned. This is further supported by the existence of strings for the short verison's Rhythm Item in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+'s data, though they are mostly blank. The one string present is identical to the one used by the long version.
仕送り (Bonus) | |
---|---|
There is also text for the word かえってきた (Kaettekita?, Return) stored in the prologue, which would rename the game to かえってきた しわけ (Kaettekita Shiwake?, Return of Sorting).
The unused "?" signal and hidden spiders from Rhythm Heaven Fever are also present in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The "!!" signal from Packing Pests 2 exists in this game. While the sound effect for it still exists in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, it is completely removed in all other versions, and attempting to play it plays the "Double up!" sound instead.
There is a function to have the player's hands move offscreen along with the other employees. This was used in the beginning of Remix 10 in Rhythm Heaven Fever, but goes completely unused here.
Regional Differences
The regional differences from Rhythm Heaven Fever remain intact in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, with the exception of the taped sign reading "Spider-Free Candy" in the English version of Rhythm Paradise Megamix.
