Quiz consists of the following versions in Rhythm Tengoku:

According to the debug menu of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, three trial versions of Quiz Show was planned. Although this would imply an Endless Game was to exist as well, there is no indication Quiz Special was intended to return in this game. That said, there *are* updated yet unused sprites of The Host's and Contestant's heads from Quiz Special, as well as the score counter.

There is also unused text in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ for The Host's introduction to each trial.

In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, the sign on top of the screen shows "QUIZ", like in Rhythm Tengoku. In other regions, it shows The Host's face and some music notes instead.
