Regional Differences
When Pitcher throws her hat on the ground, it is layered behind her in Rhythm Heaven Fever, causing her to seemingly walk through it. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, it is layered in front of her instead.
There is a separate version for Exhibition Match in Left-Hand Remix, despite it not changing appearance. The only difference in it is some background textures (such as the city during the big zoom-out) are shrunken down, dropping their quality. Presumably, this is done to allow the game to load faster due to limitations of the Nintendo 3DS hardware. Oddly, the textures for this remix in versions other than Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ have a noticeably more pixelated background.
