Rhythm Item/Development

There are a few unused Rhythm Items meant for various games, all of which were scrapped. This text exists only in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ and is mostly blank. The few pieces of text that do remain are the same as the equivalent used items, aside from the one meant for the short version of Board Meeting.
