Dieter (プルタ?, Buruta) is a character who is in charge of Machine Land and Machine Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Role
Dieter appears as soon as Tibby enter Machine Land, and is seen acting like a car. He, however, reveals to Tibby that he's not going so great, due to a lack of "Flow". Tibby agrees to help him restore it by completing rhythm games. Dieter rewards him by unlocking the next area, allowing him to continue on his journey.
It is later revealed he is the guardian of Machine Tower. After Tibby helps him restore "Flow" to the tower, Dieter manipulates the energy of it to go towards the Power of Rainbow.
