Tibby

Hey, Bertram! Something wrong?
Bertram
Mm? Oh, it's you, Tibby. Didn't see you there.
Bertram
Can't actually see much, to be honest.
Tibby
Is this about how the sky is all gray and gloomy?
Bertram
My glasses got...all fogged up.
Bertram
And now I can't read my favorite books.
Bertram
I can't even write letters!
Tibby
I never realized that glasses could be such a problem.
Bertram
My dictionary does not include the word "problem."
Bertram
It skips straight from "probity" to "proboscidean."
Bertram
...Er, sorry. Not relevant. Back to the matter at hand.
Bertram
The sky in Heaven World has never been like this.
Bertram
The bluest blue has been replaced by dullest gray.
Bertram
Why is it gloomy? Wherefore gray?
Bertram
Who profits from overarching gloom?
Tibby
That's the question. What's the answer?
Bertram
Understand this is mere speculation...
Bertram
but I believe it has something to do with Tibby's mother.
Bertram
It's only a theory, but one borne out by facts.
Bertram
If we observe the direction from which the grayness emanates...
Bertram
and cross-reference with the time frame of gloomification...
Bertram
we must conclude that your house is the source, Tibby.
Bertram
So unless someone else is at home, the only suspect is...
Bertram
My reports claim that the day before the skies turned...
Bertram
a spooky voice was heard coming from your house.
Bertram
Clearly there are still many unknown variables.
Bertram
I will be able to finish my analysis...
Bertram
just as soon as my glasses are unfogged.
Tibby
Fogged glasses. Got it.
Tibby
Let's see... We could wipe them with a cloth, or... Wait!
Tibby
I'm guessing this is a problem I can fix by restoring flow, huh?
Bertram
Hmm. I hadn't considered it, but yes, I believe that would work.
Tibby
Lucky guess. I'm on it!
Bertram
Well done, Tibby! By the way...
Bertram
Do you recognize that star, Tibby?
Bertram
Have you heard of a shooting star granting wishes?
Tibby
Yeah, I've heard of that.
Bertram
This is that shooting star.
Tibby
Whoa! ...Wh-what's it doing here?
Bertram
Impressive! By the way, Tibby...
Bertram
Do you know what's interesting about that cloud, Tibby?
Tibby
Can't say I do, no.
Bertram
What about ice cream? Are you familiar with that?
Tibby
Obviously. I'm a kid.
Bertram
That cloud is where Heaven World's ice cream falls from.
Tibby
THAT'S MY FAVORITE CLOUD EVER!
Bertram
Outstanding! Ah, and you might find this interesting...
Bertram
Do you see that pink cloud, Tibby?
Tibby
Yup! You're gonna tell me something amazing about it, right?
Bertram
Quite. You are familiar with cotton candy?
Tibby
Yeah. Again, I'm a kid.
Bertram
That cloud is where Heaven World's cotton candy is mined.
Tibby
Treats are blowing my mind right now!
Bertram
What?! How is this possible?
Tibby
Augh! You scared me, Bertram! What's going on!?
Bertram
T-Tibby... Yes, Tibby. You must have seen it just now.
Bertram
A heart appeared midair, as if someone blew a kiss at me.
Bertram
You saw it, yes? And that is what blown kisses look like?
Bertram
A kiss, you fool! I am asking you if I have been kissed!
Tibby
Whoa! Take it easy! I don't think kisses work that way!
Bertram
...Haa...haa... My apologies. You are right, of course.
Bertram
They are no longer fogged up! I can see!
Bertram
At last I am free to return to my studies!
Bertram
And, in return for the All Clear, I will open the lock for you.
End
Bertram
I frankly didn't expect you to clear my glasses so quickly...
Bertram
The power of flow should never be underestimated.
Bertram
It has been good to see you, Tibby.
Bertram
You should go visit your other friends as well.
Tibby
Good idea! I'll do that.
Tibby
You've taught me so much! Thanks, Bertram!
