Unused Content

Within the prologue file for Super Samurai Slice 2 in Rhythm Heaven Megamix and Rhythm Paradise Megamix, the text pane has placeholder text writing the name as Super SamuraiSlice 2, without one of the spaces. In the English versions, this is properly written as Super Samurai Slice 2 during gameplay, and the placeholder in Super Samurai Slice does not contain this error. In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, this is separated into three text panes, one for ゐあい斬り伝説 (Iai Giri Densentsu?) (written with (i?) instead of (hi?)), and two for the furigana (gi?) and でんせつ (densetsu?), along with an additional picture pane for the in Super Samurai Slice 2. In Rhythm Sesang: The Best+, Super Samurai Slice uses the Japanese name as the placeholder, while the proper title of 무사의 전설2 (Musaui Jeonseol 2?, Samurai Legend 2) is used for Super Samurai Slice 2.

There is an unused sprite of what appears to be a spaceship in Super Samurai Slice 2. Presumably, The Wandering Samurai would've boarded it instead of Mister Eagle.

Regional Differences

In Rhythm Sesang: The Best+, the characters featured in both games have their traditional Japanese clothing altered to resemble Korean traditional clothing, called "Hanbok". The Wandering Samurai's appearance is taken directly from the Samurai Slice in Rhythm World Wii and Rhythm Sesang: The Best+. Additionally, the castle in which the ladies are kept captive in Super Samurai Slice 2 is also redesigned. Interestingly, the Official Game Trailer doesn't use the localized sprites for this game[1]. There is also a separate cellanim file for the Wario...Where? version of the game, however there is no difference whatsoever.

The icon for Super Samurai Slice 2 on the Touch Screen's preview for Right-Hand Tower is incorrectly colored blue like that of Super Samurai Slice in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+. This is corrected in the international releases.
