This game is about a Ninja who protects his Lord from the enemy onslaught. The player controls the ninja using Ⓐ and ✚ to swing the sword back and forth in time to destroy the arrows shot by the enemy.

Ninja 2P (忍者 2P^?, Ninja 2P) is the 3rd Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (11th overall) in the 2P mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade).

The arrange version, Ninja no Shison 2P, appears in Stage 5 of the 2P mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade)

It plays the same as the 1P version, except the two players take turns on each section. This effectively doubles the length of the game.

Trivia

• This is the only Rhythm Game in the entire series to start with a skippable cutscene instead of a Practice.
  • The game did, however, get a practice in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, which leads into the cutscene.
• This game and Ninja no Shison are the only games to have their controls changed in the arcade version.
• A lot of the visual design of this game was reused in Dog Ninja in Rhythm Heaven, such as similar looking towers to the ones in the cutscene, and a similar prologue: A big yellow moon with grass in foreground, in a dark blue sky.
• According to the debug menu in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a short version of this game was intended to appear.
• In Rhythm Tengoku: The Best Plus and Rhythm World: The Best Plus, the description changes depending on the which control setting is being used. Normally, the word "タッチ" (Touch) is written in green, but here it is not. In all other versions, the description is rewritten without the controls.
