Gameplay
In this game, the player is a part of a trio of clapping lions who clap one after each other on a stage. The player controls the far-right member of the Clappy Trio. The other two members clap first, and the player must clap after them in sync. A sign reading "Trio Timing!" sits at the top of the screen. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, this sign lowers down at the start.
Controls
- Ⓐ/Tap: Clap
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!?: The player claps on the beat and the trio smiles.
- Early!/Late!?: The player claps slightly off, making a "tick" sound.
- Miss...?: The player claps off beat (or doesn't clap at all) while the other two glare.

Trivia
- In Rhythm Heaven, one of the members of the Clappy Trio had left the group to teach the Chorus Kids how to sing right in Glee Club.
- Coincidentally, both games are played by a trio and you are the third member.
- This game appears in the "Wario...Where? 2: The Sequel" course. Here, the third member which the player controls is replaced by Jimmy T.
- In the international version of Rhythm Heaven Fever, the sign uses the sparkles from the Japanese sign to dot the lowercase 'i's. In the international version of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the sparkles disappear completely.
