|[[w:nintendo:Masami Yone|Yone]]: This game was also inspired by Tsunku♂-san's dance lessons. In the lesson, we did a kind of "finishing pose" where everyone dances in unison with long rests in between, and I realized that the feeling when everyone's breath is in sync and the pose is perfect is totally different than when you dance to a certain rhythm. So, in the second half of the game, I tried to express the feeling of being able to defeat the ghosts by counting in your mind even if you can't hear the sound. This is my favorite game.

Sneaky Spirits 2 (かえってきた しろいおばけ?, Kaettekita Shiroi Obake), also known as Sneaky Spirits (しろいおばけ?, Shiroi Obake) in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Fever, is the 1st Rhythm Game of Stage 2 (7th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku, the 2nd Extra Game in Rhythm Heaven Fever, unlocked with 38 Medals, and the 1st Rhythm Game of Barbershop Tower (53rd overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The short version, Sneaky Spirits, appears in Barbershop Land in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The arrange version, Shiroi Obake 2, appears in Last Technician in Rhythm Tengoku.

Gameplay

The player controls a bow and arrow, and the goal of the game is to send the pesky ghosts back to their haunted house as they are trying to escape. The environment is blue, with a tree in the background. It is also raining. Ghosts start to peek above the wall and slowly creep towards the other wall. The player must time each arrow shot to the ghost's rhythm before they zoom to the other wall. The ghost's pace changes during the game. The ghosts can also pop up lower behind the fence, which also lowers the volume of the music.

Controls

  • Ⓐ/Tap: Shoot arrow

Timing Display

  • Perfect!/Ace!?: The ghost is hit by the arrow and then flung through the door of the house.
  • Early!/Late!?: The ghost barely manages to zip past the arrow, and shudders before escaping.
  • Miss...?: The ghost zips through and giggles. If the arrow is shot when no ghost is passing through, it simply gets stuck in the door, and the player must wait for the ghost to pass before they can shoot again.

Your archery fundamentals needed work.
The silent ghosts sneaked past you.
You should have counted to yourself.

This bow has been in our family
for generations. It's made of
wood from a sacred tree and a
dragon's whisker. And the dragon
was left-handed! The tree was
shaped like a two-headed horse!

Skill Star

The Skill Star appears on the third slowest ghost that hides after three beats.
