Just like last time, you are a member of the "Love Posse." The girl behind you, MC Adore, will say a phrase and you and the other rapper need to repeat it. MC will say "Into you," "Crazy into you," "Fo'sho," and "All about you." Instead of being on a street corner, though, this time the characters are inside someone's house (likely MC Adore's). You also have to repeat more phrases in this one.
The gameplay remains the same as before. [[Love Posse feat. MC Adore]] return with new outfits, rapping inside a pink room. The raps come in at a higher frequency, and the game is a little longer.

*Hit: The player successfully says their line in sync with the other rapper, having both speech bubbles overlap, and the rappers do the motion for the line. The crystal balls in front of MC Adore will light up on beat.
{{Timing
*Barely: The player does the motion for the line, but the speech bubble that appears is blue with white text instead of white with black text, as well as having a jagged edge. When the rapper says his line, it will come out low-pitched (if early) or high-pitched (if late). A barely counts as a miss.
|just=The player raps in sync with the other rapper. The speech bubble appears white with smooth edges. The lamps beside MC Adore's chair also light up.
*Miss: The player's rapper will either speak when not supposed to, making a strange face, or will just not rap at all. Either way, the other rapper will look over at the player upset.

Love Rap 2
Love! As always, we must turn to the only true method of expressing it: hip-hop. (No practice.)
The gameplay remains the same as before. Love Posse feat. MC Adore return with new outfits, rapping inside a pink room. The raps come in at a higher frequency, and the game is a little longer.
Perfect!/Ace!?: The player raps in sync with the other rapper. The speech bubble appears white with smooth edges. The lamps beside MC Adore's chair also light up.
Early!/Late!?: The player raps out of sync with the other rapper. The speech bubble appears blue with jagged edges. The voice clip comes out low-pitched (early) or high-pitched (late).
Miss...?: The player does not rap at all. If the player raps at the wrong time, they make a wincing face. The other rapper glares at him.

()Lame, guys. Really lame.
Who says love and rap don't go together?!
I guess I HAVE to be nice to you guys after that...
Background elements from this game were reused in Jimmy T's Character Trailer for WarioWare Gold[1]. Lulu's Character Trailer for the same game has her flying around Diamond City and taking pictures, referencing the previous trailers. The Love Rap 2 background from Jimmy T's trailer can be seen here as well. Due to the framing of this section, if one assumes the room to be the same one as in this game, it is therefore implied that Love Rap 2 takes place at Club Joe[2].
