Tap Trial |
You are the girl. They are the monkeys. Follow them to tap stardom! |
Rhythm Heaven Megamix |
Tap Trial (タップダンス?, Tap Dance) is the 5th Rhythm Game of Stage 5 (29th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku, the 4th Extra Game in Rhythm Heaven Fever unlockable with 44 Medals, and the 1st Rhythm Game of Songbird Tower (58th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The arrange version, Tap Trial 2, appears in Revival in Rhythm Tengoku and in Right-Hand Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
The player controls the Girl, who dances simultaneously with the two Monkeys and must follow their signals. If the monkeys let out a small cry, it signals to tap once right afterwards. If they make two noises, then it signals to tap twice quickly afterwards. If the monkey yells as all the characters raise their arms, it signals to tap three times quickly afterwards. If the monkey yelps, it signals to tap the moment the girl and monkeys have landed a jump.
Controls
- Ⓐ/Tap: Tap
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!?: The girl taps on the beat.
- Early!/Late!?: The girl taps off the beat, making a "tonk" sound.
- Miss...?: The girl taps off beat, causing the Giraffe to huff sadly. While jumping, the girl lands unevenly, losing her balance.
