Template:Game-Nav Template:Game-Nav Template:Minigame infobox Quiz Show (クイズ?, Quiz) is the 19th game in Rhythm Tengoku and the 93rd game in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about the contestant who's participating in a quiz show where he must hit the buttons the same amount of times as the host.
Gameplay
The host will hit the button a certain amount of times. The practice has the first three questions:
1st question - 03 times,
2nd question - 06 times,
3rd question - 13 times,
and the real game has the next three questions:
4th question - 18 times,
5th question - 28 times,
6th question - 43 times,
all with 0, 1 or 2 hits randomly added to the end.
The contestant must then match the number of button presses under a time limit, however, it is not necessary to follow the host's rhythm. The pattern may be done in any way, as long as the correct number is achieved under the time limit. This is the only game in the Rhythm Heaven series to do something like this. Getting the wrong amount ends the game immediately.
Controls
Button Mode
- A: Hit the circle button
- D-Pad: Hit the + shaped button

- Tap: Hit one of the buttons
Timing Notes
Note: Since the game is based on ending with the same number as the host, and not on the timing of individual presses, the timing notes are based on if the total at the end is right or wrong.
- Hit: The host's podium will reveal the same number as the player's. Both the player and the host will smile, and a victory jingle will play.
- Barely: N/A
- Miss: The host's podium will reveal a different number than the player's. Both the player and the host will frown, and a loss jingle will play. One miss ends the game.

Trivia
- This game is very unique. It is the only minigame in the series to not have music playing throughout most of the minigame, the only game where following the rhythm is not required and one of only two games that can end before it's supposed to. (The other being Night Walk).
- The game will end even if you get an answer in the practice wrong (except for in the arcade version, where getting an answer wrong during the practice simply moves on to the next question.)
- In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, an oversight allows the player to get a perfect by failing during the practice session.[1]
- The game will end even if you get an answer in the practice wrong (except for in the arcade version, where getting an answer wrong during the practice simply moves on to the next question.)
- The Try Again epilogue is a reference to Dribble and Spitz's intro in WarioWare Inc. Mega Microgame$.
- Usually, the OK comment is shared across all games. In Rhythm Tengoku, however, this game circumvents this by having the player get a Just OK if they fail on the 6th question. In fact, getting an OK normally is impossible.
- On the other hand, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, it is impossible to get a Just OK.
- Pressing the buttons 100 times causes the counter to overflow, resulting in an explosion destroying the podium's counter. Further pressing causes the host's podium counter to blow up, and even more causes the sign in the background to explode as well.
- This is the only rhythm game not to have a Skill Star for getting perfect timing on a specific input.
- In the international versions, the sign has the host's face and two melody notes on it. In the Japanese version, the word "QUIZ" is shown instead.
- The Quiz Show sprite sheet in Rhythm Heaven Megamix contains assets used only in Quiz Show Special, which isn't present in the actual game.
- The fanfare when a correct answer is given was reused in Charging Chicken.
