A gameshow that's all style and no substance... just what viewers want. |
Template:Minigame infobox Quiz Show (Japanese: クイズ Quiz) is the 19th game in Rhythm Tengoku. This game is about the player who's participating in a quiz show where he must hit the buttons to the beat at the certain amount of times like the host. Getting a perfect on this game earns a gift "Rhythm Formula" that you can read it on E-Mail.
Gameplay
The host (the blue one) will hit the button a certain amount of times. (first 18, the 28, then 43, with 0, 1, or 2 hits added to the end.) You then must match the amount of button presses under a time limit. Strangely, you do not have to follow the hosts rhythm. You may do the pattern any way you wish, as long as you get the correct number under the time limit. This is the only game in the franchise to do something like this. If you get the amount of hits wrong, the game ends.
Controls
- A: Hit the circle button
- D-Pad: Hit the + shaped button
Timing Notes
Because the game is based on ending with the same number as the host, and not on the timing of individual presses, the timing notes are based on if the total at the end is right or wrong
- Hit: The host's podium reveals the same number as the player's, both of them smile, and a victory jingle plays.
- Barely: You can't get a barely in Quiz Show.
- Miss: The host's podium reveals a different number than the player's, both of them frown, a loss jingle is played, and the player is kicked out of the game to an OK or Try Again rating screen.

Endless Game
Template:Game-Nav This minigame has an endless version. The patterns are much simpler, but there's a shorter time limit and the patterns get faster every few correct answers. Also, you and the the host begin to change as the game progresses.
- 0-4 = Everything stays normal
- 5-9 = Host starts making a face
- 10-14 = Host turns purple, hair become spiky, and small horns begin to form - Your character starts making a face
- 15-19 = Host turns pink, hair becomes yellow, horns grow - Your character's facial expression intensifies
- 20+ = Host turns red, hair is gone, large horns pertrude from his forehead - Your character becomes very determined and his face intensifies more.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix
Listen to the host's pattern then copy it. Simple, right? Simple, but not easy. |
Template:Minigame infoboxQuiz Show (クイズ kuizu) is identical to Quiz Show from Rhythm Tengoku and it's an extra game bought from museum shop in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. In this game, the player must hit the buttons the same amount of times as the host.

Trivia
- This game is very unique. It is the only minigame in the franchise to not have music playing throughout most of the minigame, only game where you do not need to follow the rhythm, possibly the only one to show the generic embodiment of a demon, and one of only two games that can end before it's supposed to, (The other being Night Walk).
- If you hit the buttons over 100 times, the counter will malfunction and break, following a series of destructive mishap with the set's equipment. (First it destroys your box, then the host's box, then the Quiz sign.)
- The game will even end if you get an answer in the practice wrong.
