Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise

Cheer Readers 2 (古書ガールズ^?, Kosho Girls) is the 2nd Rhythm Game of Stage 9 (42nd overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever.

Gameplay

This game takes place in a museum, with the School Library Pep Squad decked out in explorer uniforms, yet still cheering with their book as before.

The game is mechanically the same, but faster and more complex. The images shown during the "OK, it's on!" cheer are also different.

Perfect!/Ace!^?: The player flips, spins or opens the book on the beat, depending on the cue.
Early!/Late!^?: The player flips, spins or opens the book off the beat, causing it tilt with a faltering noise, the player's girl to blush in embarrassment, and the other girls to look at her. When opening the book, the player's girl holds it a little low.
Miss...^?: The player's book tilts. If the player releases Ⓐ or Ⓑ while spinning, the book shows the wrong image. The player's girl blushes in embarrassment, and the other girls look at her.

The beets from Crop Stomp, a Paddler from Rhythm Rally, and the Moai Kids from Moai Doo-Wop make cameo appearances when the girls spin their books open.
