Marching Orders |
Ready, march! Following orders as a unit builds a sense of camaraderie. Also, rhythm. |
Rhythm Heaven Megamix |
Marching Orders (マーチャ?, Marcher), is the 3rd Rhythm Game in Rhythm Tengoku and the 67th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. In this game, the player controls a rookie, who is undergoing marching training with her squadmates while following their Sarge's orders. The arrange version, Marcher 2, is unlocked later on in Rhythm Tengoku.
Gameplay
The player controls the rookie squadmate at the end of the line, and must follow the Sarge’s orders. There are four commands that the Sarge will yell.
- "Attention, March!"
- "Attention, Halt!"
- "Left-face, Turn!"
- "Right-face, Turn!"
The player must perform these with proper timing along with the other squadmates. Just before the game ends, the squadmates will be moved offscreen, still marching as the game ends.
Controls
- Ⓐ/Tap: March
- Ⓑ/Tap: Halt
- ✚/Tap: Face left or right (depending if left or right is pressed/cued)

The colors on this helmet make it super obvious if you're not marching in sync with your squadmates. So you better toe the line, rookie! |
Skill Star
The Skill Star appears on the fourth halt, which has a longer gap between "Attention!" and "Halt!" than usual.

Marcher (マーチャ ?, Mācha ) is a version of this game and the third in the Extra stage in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade). Here, all the squadmates look more feminine than usual, as they are wearing purple skirts and have flowers on the top of their helmets, while their Sarge's uniform is purple. The gameplay is the same, but the tempo is sped up, with a more vibrant synth for orchestration.
