The player must make him stomp in front of the crop to have it pop out of the ground, then toss it into the basket. Moles also appear among the beets, and quicker timing in tossing is needed to take them out.
Controls

- Tap (Hold): Prepare to toss
- Tap (Release): Cancel toss
- Flick: Toss
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!?: The farmer stomps on the ground. The beet pops out of the ground, and is tossed into the basket. The mole pops out of the ground and is trounced successfully.
- Early!/Late!?: The farmer stomps a bit off the rhythm, with a higher pitched noise. The beets and moles pop out of the ground, but slip with a "doink" sound and land upside down.
- Miss...?: The farmer walks past the beet or mole, the latter laughing behind the farmer's back. If the beet or mole have popped out of the ground and the farmer misses the toss, they land back in the ground.

| Tsunku♂: When I was first shown this game, the character was not carrying a basket. When he pulled out an onion or something, he threw it behind his back. Then I heard that a mole was playing a prank behind me (laughs). I figured that was probably a bad thing, so I fixed it so that he would carry a basket on his back. |
| Yone: Tsunku♂-san gave us a lot of advice not only on the sound, but also on the visual side, so it was very helpful. For "Crop Stomp," I was able to express the feeling of a job well done by having a lot of onions piled up in the basket. |
Trivia
- The vegetables in this game originate from Rhythm Tweezers in Rhythm Tengoku.
- They also make a cameo in Rhythm Heaven Fever, seen as one of the images in Cheer Readers 2.
- The song for this game is named Stomp Farmer (ドッスンミュージック?, Dossun Music) in the Music List, rather than sharing its name with the game.
- One of the badge sets in Nintendo Badge Arcade depicts the vegetables from this game, though it is meant to represent their appearance in Rhythm Tweezers in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
