Love Lab (恋の実験室^?, Koi no Jikken-Shitsu) is the 4th Rhythm Game of the fourth stage (19th overall) in Rhythm Heaven.

Gameplay

This game concerns the Research Scientists of Love Lab who are studying the science of love in the lab. The boy receives a flask from off-screen, which he grabs, causing a blue heart to appear. He then tosses it over the girl (controlled by the player), who must grab the flask, causing a red heart to appear, and toss it over to the Mysterious Lab Tech in rhythm, who takes the flask away. If done correctly, the hearts connect into pink hearts, which are promptly collected in a bag. Sometimes, the boy shakes the flask, making more hearts appear, before throwing it. The player needs to shake in the same rhythm.

• This game takes place in the daytime during the practice and Remix 10, and at sunset during the real game.
  • The game shares this trait with Double Date.
• During Practice, the characters oddly do not move to the music.
• 
  The Mysterious Lab Tech has a full sprite, but most of it remains off-screen.
• Love lab is the only game without a squeal to not be in remix 7, 8, and 9
• The prologue in Rhythm Tengoku Gold is animated with an 相合傘 (Ai Ai Gasa^?), which is the act of sharing an umbrella with another as a romantic gesture. The International version is static, and has a pink and blue abstract font. The title also moves in a very choppy way to the center.
