The player must control a worker in a candy factory by sorting out the products. The player must catch candy and then drop them into a cardboard box below when they're thrown to him. There are also Treat Spiders that want to jump into the cardboard box. Press the A button to smack them before they get to you. Also, when the cue "Double up!" ('''Japanese''': いくぜ!!!'' Ikuze!'') is heard, the player must smack two treat spiders at the same time after catching a piece of candy.

The arrange version, Packing Pests 2, appears in Stage 10 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.

The player takes control of Employee #333-4-591032 who works in a candy factory. Beneath the player is a cardboard box. Using both hands, they must catch candy to drop them into the box and swat away the Treat Spiders thrown at them. When the cue "Double up!" (いくぜ!!!?, Ikuze!) is heard, the player must catch one piece of candy and smack two Treat Spiders in a row.
