In this game, the scientist is peeking into a microscope studying the microbes' behavior patterns in a deep purple background.
The long version, [[Micro-Row 2]], appears in Stage 4 in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'' and [[Citrus Tower]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''.
A sequel later appears in Citrus Tower under the title [[Micro-Row 2 (Megamix)|Micro-Row 2]].
