First Contact (通訳者 tsuyakusha "interpreter") is a new Rhythm Game that appears in [http://rhythmheaven.wikia.com/wiki/Rhythm_Heaven:_The_Best_%2B Rhythm Heaven: The Best +]. The point of the game is to translate what is being said to the rhythm. The character who you must translate and the character who translates depends on what version of the game you are playing. In the first (story) version, you are controlling an astronaut translating an alien. In the second (returns) version, you are an alien translating a human.
The short version, [[First Contact]], appears in [[Citrus Land]].

The game is about repeating what is being said by hitting the A button or directional pad. The character will start by speaking to a rhythm represented by a symbol (An alien in story mode and a cactus in returns) and then give you a cue to repeat that same rhythm which is then translated.

Fellow Martians, I've encountered an Earthling! I'm going to attempt to translate what it says.
