In this game, the player controls the [[Martian]], whose mission is to translate what [[Farmer Bob]] is saying. This is done by repeating the pattern of [[Farmer Bob]]'s speech. The patterns have more complex rhythms than [[First Contact]].

Second Contact (かえってきた通訳者つうやくしゃ?, Kaettekita Tsūyaku-sha) is the 4th Rhythm Game of Citrus Tower (46th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The short version, First Contact, appears in Citrus Land.

Gameplay

In this game, the player controls the Martian, whose mission is to translate what Farmer Bob is saying. This is done by repeating the pattern of Farmer Bob's speech. The patterns have more complex rhythms than First Contact.

Controls

  • Ⓐ or ✚/Tap: Translate

Timing Display

  • Perfect!/Ace!?: The Martian translates Farmer Bob's words properly. Farmer Bob nods. Mars Control is amazed.
  • Early!/Late!?: The Martian translates properly, but in a high-pitched voice.
  • Miss...?: The Martian fails to translate, and a red question-mark is displayed instead. If the player fails from the beginning, an alternate translation is given, which devolves into nonsense. Farmer Bob then shakes his head in disapproval. Mars Control falls asleep. Some lines change if the played messed up a translation before them.
