Rupert (ヘビッピ?, Hebippi) is a character from Rhythm Heaven Megamix. He appears occasionally to assist the player and Tibby on their journey.
Appearance
Rupert's main role is replace the messages that often alert the player of newly unlocked options, which up till now had no character associated with them. Rupert will first appear after completing Fillbots, where he will inform the player that the Café is now open. And after clearing the Coin Toss, he will announce the opening of Challenge Land.
Throughout the rest of the game, Rupert will announce any available Perfect Campaigns. He will also give players the option to skip Rhythm Games that they are having trouble clearing (much like the Barista in previous games). After three failed attempts, he will offer the player to move onto the next game in exchange for Coins.

Trivia
- Rupert's first appearance can actually be sooner if the player fails three times on Karate Man. His introduction is near identical, with the added suggestion to skip the game for a fee.
