Colin is one of Tibby's friends who guards Mamarin Palace. He looks a little spacey, but he's actually reallydependable.[1] Colin explained to Tibby that after the sky went all gloomy his mom's face changed to scary and her voice is spooky. Colin also asked to buy Tibby to him some sweets, but Tibby said that after saving his mother.[2]

Colin also appear in Rhythm Tengoku The Best Plus Comic 19テビリとウコン (Tibby and Colin), where Tibby says, Colin's stomach look like a door. After this, Colin opens it up for Tibby to see inside.
