Looks like our little pop idol's career has taken off, and her superfans couldn't be happier! They've pulled out all the stops! |
Rhythm Heaven Megamix |
Fan Club 2 (うれっこアイドル?, Urekko Idol), known in Rhythm Tengoku Gold as アイドル2 (Idol 2?), is the 34th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Heaven and the 77th in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, being the arrange version of Fan Club. The soundtrack is extended to its full length.
Gameplay
The game acts like before, but a new cue is introduced. When everyone shouts "Ooh", that signals that all of the monkeys are going to quickly clap twice right after the Pop Singer's verse. In the second verse, every "I suppose!" line is replaced with "Wonderful!", though the player reacts to the cue the same way. The rest of the gameplay remains the same.
In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the game's appearance was drastically changed. Aside from aesthetic changes, some backup dancers will join in during the second verse, night drops and the monkeys will be holding glow sticks. Even the arrangement of the music is different. Regardless, the game plays exactly the same.

Trivia
- The full version of Thrilling! Is this love? in the Rhythm Heaven version of this game originated from Japanese pop group C-UTE.
- The Pop Singer appears in Munchy Monk (Wii) in her attire from the Rhythm Heaven version of this game.
- At the end of the game, the fans applaud the singer. If the player doesn't join in, the monkey to their left will glare.
- In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, this part also has party poppers going off.
- This is one of the four sequels in Rhythm Heaven to introduce a new cue with a Practice section, the others being Rhythm Rally 2, Fillbots 2, and Rockers 2.
- This one of the few games in Rhythm Heaven Megamix to get a major overhaul in its visuals.
- The Japanese version of this song in Rhythm Heaven Megamix is in a higher key.
- Bunny Hop, Rat Race, and this game are the only games to receive remixed music in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
- The Try Again epilogue in Rhythm Heaven Megamix contains a visual error: the reflection is inverted.
- In Rhythm Heaven, the dress that the Pop Singer wears in-game is different from the one seen on the screen in the background; not only does her head and face appear to be bigger, but it's shown that her dress is actually a shirt and skirt, as seen when she crouches down.
