Ninja no Shison (忍者の子孫^?, Ninja's Descendants) is the 39th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Tengoku and the arrange version of Ninja. In this game, the player controls Tanaka, the descendant of the Ninja. Here, he must protect Kanojo from rocks fired by Waru Mono's slingshots.

This game also appears in the 2P mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade) where it is referred to as Ninja no Shison 2P (忍者の子孫 2P^?, Ninja no Shison 2P). It plays the same as the 1P version, except the two players take turns on each section. This effectively doubles the length of the game.

Trivia

• The graphics for this game are reused from a previous remix, Remix 5. This is the only time this happens in the series.
• This game and Ninja Bodyguard are the only games to have their controls changed in the arcade version.
• All other games after the credits use the same name as the original with a "2" after it, this game being the exception. However, the game is actually named Ninja 2 (ニンジャ　２^?, Ninja 2) in the debug menu.
