Template:Game-Nav Template:Minigame infobox Lockstep 2 (ウラオモテ2?, Ura Omote 2) is the 39th minigame in Rhythm Heaven. It is the sequel to Lockstep. The speed of this minigame is cut nearly by half compared to the original, and it has a swing beat.
Gameplay
The gameplay of this game is exact the same as its prequel, but the tempo is slower and complex, which may make it harder to step in place. One of the flip sides has a swing rhythm, which is faster than the normal beat.

On the beat? You're a little off. Offbeat? More like just plain "off." Sloppy work on the transitions. |

Hm... Good enough... I don't know... I guess that was all right. |

You were all right on the beat. You hit the offbeats pretty well. Nice transitions between beats. |

Trivia
- The colors were softened in the international release of Rhythm Heaven, presumably to reduce seizures.
- The closest to farthest zoom out's sprite is unfinished in the Japanese version, where a column of tiles is missing on the left side while the Stepswitches are marching on the offbeat. This is fixed in the International release.[1]

- The person the Stepswitchers form when fully zoomed out, who resembles Johann Sebastian Bach, returns in this game sporting an afro similar to the ones that The Clappy Trio wear.
- The game stops tracking the player's performance during the last ten steps, meaning it does not impact the player's score or Perfect Campaign.
- The song uses a swing beat to differentiate itself from Lockstep. Despite this, the Results still refer to it as the "offbeat".
