Remix 3 (リミックス ３?, Rimikkusu 3), also known as 3rd Remix (3rd リミックス?, 3rd Rimikkusu) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (18th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku and the third Remix.
This is the first Remix in the series to feature major visual changes (excluding Mahō Tsukai), mostly themed around hearts and the color pink, as well as the first to feature a vocal song.

Trivia
- The epilogue to this Remix is similar in concept to the one to Remix 4 from Rhythm Heaven.
- The bee in the epilogue also appears on the background of one of the songs in the Studio and at the end of a 2 Player run in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade) to test the players' compatibility.
