Mahou Tsukai (まほうつかい^?, Wizard) is the 13th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Tengoku. In this game, the player takes control of a wizard who is growing flowers for the lonely little girl.

The wizard circles around the girl in the center. As he moves around, flowers sprout on the ground in a rhythm. To make them bloom, the player must repeat the pattern using Ⓐ.

• In the fan translation, Rhythm Heaven Silver, this game is renamed to "Wizard's Waltz", rather than directly translated as "Wizard".
