Machine Remix (マシーンリミックス^?, Mashin Rimikkusu) is the 5th Rhythm Game of the Machine Tower (42nd overall) and the third remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

This remix has a machine theme, particularly cars.

	This truck is strong enough to stop a car from falling off a cliff, much to the relief of incompetent chickens everywhere.

The Skill Star appears in Figure Fighter 2 on a triple punch in the middle of the remix.

The epilogue is similar in concept to the one to Remix 8 in Rhythm Tengoku.
This is one of two remixes in Rhythm Heaven Megamix that was replaced with an instrumental in the International version, The other one being Lush Remix.
The cars in the background of Fruit Basket 2 look like the electric car in Charging Chicken.
- At the end, the door in the background of Fruit Basket 2 shows the text ノリ✚第一 (Nori✚Daiichi^?, Flow✚First) (a pun on "Safety First") in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, while Rhythm Heaven Megamix, Rhythm Paradise Megamix and Rhythm Sesang: The Best+ show a chicken next to a car with a racing flag behind them. Given the shape of the car, this is most likely supposed to be Mr. Chicken from Charging Chicken.
