Spaceball (エアーバッター^?, Air Batter) is the 4th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Tengoku and the 28th in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. In this game, the Air Batter hits baseballs that come out from a flowerpot in a small, green room in space. The camera zooms in and out, sometimes very far, during gameplay. It's arrange version, Air Batter 2, is unlocked later on in Rhythm Tengoku.

This game has an odd design. The screen will often zoom out, making this scene difficult to see. The game takes place inside a small green room in the middle of space with the Space Umpire. As the music plays, a brown flowerpot will throw out baseballs, which the Air Batter must hit by pressing A. The flower pot will occasionally throw high balls which require the player to wait an extra beat before pressing A. Occasionally, the screen will zoom out, requiring the player to track the balls using the music alone.

Air Batter (エアーバッター ^?, Eā Battā ) is a version of this game and the 4th Extra Stage in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade). Here, the Air Batter is colored blue and the masks are different - an orange alien and a guy with a square head. The tempo is also increased and there's a new arrangement of the music.

• Although the game lacks a conventional Practice, the game will actually not start until the player hits a few balls correctly. The game was given a tutorial in the arcade version and a practice session in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
• This game and Exhibition Match both show up in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, meaning the game has two separate Baseball-themed games.
• The name of this game is either a pun on the word "baseball," or it could be a parody of the 1987 film Spaceballs.
• The aliens in the Superb epilogue are similar to the one in First Contact, except gold-colored.
