Remix 3 (リミックス 3?, Rimikkusu 3), also known as 3rd Remix (3rd リミックス?, 3rd Rimikkusu) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (18th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku and the third Remix.
This is the first Remix to feature visual changes, mostly themed around hearts, as well as the first to feature a vocal song.
This is the very first themed Remix in the Rhythm Heaven Series where most Rhythm Games get a dramatic cosmetic makeover to fit the theme. In later installments, almost all of the Remixes are themed.
Mahou Tsukai is the only game to not have new graphics in this Remix.
The bee in the epilogue also appears on the background of one of the songs in the Studio and at the end of a 2 Player run in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade) to test the players' compability.
The boy in the epilogue has a similar appearance to Tram.
