Tram to Poline (トランとポリン?, Toran to Porin) is the 4th Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (16th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku.
Gameplay
Two performers, Tram and Poline, are performing a shapeshifting act as they jump on trampolines in time with the music. The player controls both of their transformations. While they bounce on their trampolines, they crouch down for a high jump at certain points. The player must press the corresponding button at the very peak of this jump to transform them successfully.

Trivia
- On the prologue, Poline is colored orange instead of pink. This error was fixed in the arcade version.
- This Rhythm Game is based on the kitsune of Japanese mythology. Kitsunes are foxes who can shapeshift at will.
- Tram and Poline's names are a pun on trampoline (トランポリン?, toranporin).
- Tram makes cameo appearances in the epilogues of Remix 2 in Rhythm Heaven and Figure Fighter 3 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
