Packing Pests 2 is the 3rd Rhythm Game of Stage 10 (48th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
The game seems to take place to the candy company during the nighttime with our worker grew hair since in the prequel he was completely bald and works as usual at sorting the smiling candies to the box and slapping out the treat spiders.
The game is mechanically the same as the first Packing Pests; there are two new cues added to tutorial where the player must deal with offbeats. Since the stage still runs on a candy-spider pattern, the treat spider is now on an offbeat early rather than directly on beat as with the first stage. "Double-up" is still the same, where you're given a candy-spider-spider scheme instead. If two exclamation points appear on the right, then the next spider will be on beat but the candy will be offbeat instead. The tempo is also much faster than the first prequel so if you thought that one was overwhelming, that's nothing compared to this.
The long version, Packing Pests, appears in Stage 4 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Shop No. 6 in Rhythm Heaven Megamix..

Packing Pests 2
We've still got a lot of product to sort. Can we count on you for some overtime? A lot of overtime?
The game takes place during overtime at night at the candy company. Employee #333-4-591032 has grown a head full of hair, but still sorts the smiling candies and slaps out the Treat Spiders. The game is mechanically the same; there are two new cues added which are Practiced, where the player must deal with offbeats. The regular candy-spider rhythm is altered, where the spider comes in half a beat earlier than usual. A yellow word bubble with "!!" on it signals that the next candy-spider combo is on the offbeat.
Perfect!/Ace!?: The player catches the candy, sorting it into the box. Treat Spiders are slapped away to the ground, and walk back offscreen.
Early!/Late!?: The player mistimes the catch or slap, causing the candy or Treat Spiders to fall straight down.
Miss...?: The candy flies past the player's arms, making them shudder. Treat Spiders that fly past making them shudder even harder. Slapping candy cause it to be knocked down. Grabbing spiders causes the player to shudder, and drop the spider.
