Ninja no Shison 2P (忍者の子孫 2P?, Ninja's Descendant 2P) is the 2nd Rhythm Game of Stage 5 (18th overall) in the 2P mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade).
The long version, Ninja 2P, appears in Stage 3 of the 2P mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade).
It plays the same as the 1P version, except the two players take turns on each section. This effectively doubles the length of the game.

Trivia
- The graphics for this game are reused from Remix 5. This is the only time the graphics from a previous remix get reused for a Rhythm Game in the series.
- This game and Ninja Bodyguard are the only games to have their controls changed in the arcade version.
- There is an oddity in which Kanojo appears to have her blinking and non-blinking sprites swapped around, resulting in her eyes being closed more often than not.
