The player controls the Synchrette on the right and must move in sequence with the other swimmers by holding the stylus on the touch screen to dive underwater and lifting it to rise to the surface. At certain points the Synchrettes will have to jump out of the water in sequence or together at once on a dolphin or by being tossed in the air by other swimmers, the player must flick at the correct time to successfully jump.
In this game, the player controls one of [[The Three Synchrettes]], who are performing synchronized swimming to the beat. The player must follow the sequence in rhythm, diving underwater and surfacing again after the first two synchrettes. At certain points, they jump out of the water while riding dolphins. These jumps occur either in sequence or together after an "Ooooh" cue. Near the end, two jumps have the three girls throw three other girls into the air instead, revealing there are actually six synchrettes in all.
